APE1/Ref-1 can be secreted in biological fluids such plasma or urine. 

If a researcher wants to study whether APE1 is released in a particular disease, they can send a small amount of plasma or serum or urine. 

Detection limit : 0.156 pg/ml - 20 ng/ml

The amount required for analysis is at least 400 ul. (Duplicate analysis 200 ul x 2 ea)
